Saturday mid-day sail, tentatively out to the bridge and back, possibly with some practice drills toward the end, time permitting. Weather forecast looks excellent, with high temp around 70F, and moderate to high winds (Beaufort force 4, gusting up to force 6).
- Float Plan
- Pre-sail briefing at 10:55am. Begin rigging at 11:00am. Departure by 11:20am. Return to docks by 2:30pm. De-rigged by 3pm. Comms: Reachable on mobile phone at 443-253-6254; will monitor VHF channels 16 and 71. Reefing may be necessary as of the current forecast, but will evaluate conditions on day of sail. Weather forecast is partly cloudy with slight chance of light precipitation and minimal chance of thunderstorms.
