OVERNIGHT CRUISE TO ANNAPOLIS 

Sunrise (Skipper: Josh P) and Sweet Dreams (Skipper: Albert C)

Saturday August 17 8am - Sunday August 18 4pm

Cruise Plan: Meet at DSC A-Dock at 8:00am. Depart 8:30am. Sail SE out of the Patapsco, south down the bay, beyond the Bay Bridge, then SW to the Severn River and into Annapolis harbor. (Distance=27.3nm)

Pick up a City of Annapolis mooring. Take harbor shuttle to various points ashore. (Mooring Fee: +/-  $35/boat split)  Includes access to restrooms /showers at the Harbrmaster's 

Explore Annapolis waterfront and have dinner ashore at the Boatyard Bar & Grille. Stay overnight on mooring, or move to anchorage for the night.

After dinner, weather-permitting, take an evening motorsail up the Severn River to one of several sheltered anchorages off the south shore of the Severn.  Take a refreshing morning swim, have breakfast aboard at anchor, then sail back up the Bay. Arrive at DSC about 4pm.

COSTS: DSC Cruising Boat Overnight Fee ($150/boat/night) will be shared equally (<$50/person). Fuel Fund Suggested Donation: $20/person. Annapolis Mooring Fee approx $35/boat, split btw crew

BYO... (suggested): Breakfast, (2) lunches, beverages, snacks to share, sheets, towel, hat, sunscreen, swim suit, swim toys, more beverages, and a water bottle. 

Provided: Ice box & cool storage box, lots of ice & bottled water. Butane gas stove available for coffee, tea, etc. No working oven.
